Everyone starts here. If after an initial chat you would like to book in we start with an initial assessment. This usually takes approx 1 hour but can be done over several sessions if preferred. At the end of your assessment we will have agreed on a plan that works for you.
1-12 sessions. Generally we start off with 6 sessions and will then review. Shorter term therapy can work for lots of issues, and can provide support during a challenging time. We might use a solution-focussed approach to enable you to feel better equipped to manage life right now.
With longer term work we will still regularly review. Longer term work can allow for a deeper transformation and relational shift.
A one-off extended 90-120 min session. You can access support without committing to a block of sessions - these suit people who may have time constraints and are unable to commit right now to more than one session. These sessions include a written follow up from me with a summary of our session and agreed plan. Email me for further info to see if this would be right for you.
For existing and previous therapy clients - these can be monthly or less. Use them as you need.

There are three options: video/voice only sessions, email sessions, Instant Messaging (IM) sessions.
For video and voice only sessions I use either the VSee or Zoom platforms which are secure encrypted video conferencing system. It is free to use and if you do not already have them I can send you the link to download it.
I use Protonmail for email counselling which is a secure encrypted system and again it is free to use. We will correspond weekly and agree on an appointment day each week where you send me an email outlining issues you wish to discuss. I will then read and respond with 48 hrs of receiving your email.
For IM sessions these are live and via Vsee or another agreed platform.
If you prefer to access sessions via other platforms (Skype, Facetime etc) please get in touch – these are less secure platforms and I am happy to discuss what this means and why I recommend using Vsee and Hushmail.
