Therapy sessions and assessment are for 50 minutes.

1:1 therapy session (in-person, online, email, IM)  - £75

Assessment - £75

Ad-Hoc  Therapy  -  £150   (90  mins)  /  £185  (120  mins)

All sessions are payable in advance of session time in order to confirm the booking.

Cancellation policy - 48 hours notice required otherwise session will be payable.

Sessions are payable in advance in order to confirm the session. This can be done by bank transfer or cash.

I also accept private medical insurance including AXA, Vitality, Aviva and more - please let me know on enquiry form if you wish to pay via insurance.

Please note that I have chosen to limit the number of clients I see in order to provide the best quality service and so that I can focus on each of my clients fully.  This means I operate a waiting list but please enquire and I will keep you regularly updated. If  I am unable to meet your needs, I can help with signposting to other support services as needed.
